If you would like to book an appointment or register as a new patient, please call us on 01383 624 343. Our surgery is open Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm.

Our surgery is based in the centre of Dunfermline so there are plenty of car parks in close proximity, view the map below for more details.

Visit Requirements
To ensure your treatment is completed efficiently we ask that at each visit you;
1. Provide a full list of all medication.
2. Provide proof of benefits and exemtions certificates.
3. Aparent or guardian must attend with patients under 16 years     of age.

Special Requirements

The Canmore Dental Team is aware that additional requirements are necessary to ensure all patients receive the highest standard of care. Practice policies are in place for such requirements which include wheelchair access, interpreter services and aid for blind or deaf patients. We ask that you make us aware of any additional requirements as soon as possible before your visit.
